How to achieve full pouty flirty lips..

Full pouty lips are often looked upon as seductive and sexy, but some of us aren’t blessed with that feature. Here’s how you can achieve full lips using make-up!

Steps to Achieve Pouty Lips with Makeup!

1) Exfoliate your lips lightly and apply a moisturizing lip balm. Around the actual lip line, apply foundation and lightly powder. do not apply this on the lips*

2) Using a shimmer powder, highlight the top of your lips (cupids bow) this will instantly give you a fuller top lip and also add definition.

3) Highlight the two natural lines under your nose where your lips connect. some woman really love this technique because it instantly makes the area more prominent.

4) Using the same highlighter, highlight your bottom middle lip. This creates a roundness and the appearance of a full bottom lip.

5) Apply lipstick with a larger than normal lip brush. Flip your lip brush to the side and use the side of the brush to create the sharp line for your lips. Using bright colors will instantly add volume and attention to your lips.

6) Reapply shimmer to the middle bottom lip. You can also use gold lip gloss to achieve the same effect and apply a thin layer of clear gloss over.
