Cosmetics Company Jane Goes Bankrupt
Baltimore Cosmetic Company which could have been found in Walgreens, Wal-mart and was once a part of Estee Lauder goes bankrupt ;[
We have seen their products on the shelves of stores such as Walgreens, but now we will no longer see them. Jane Cosmetics Company has officially filed for bankruptcy. Jane & Co. LLC reported assets of $10 million to $50 million and liabilities of $10 million to $50 million in its filing. In a separate filing, Jane & Co., Inc. reported assets of $0 to $50,000 and liabilities of $1 million to $10 million. Their products were mainly cheaper and inexpensive for the beauty user who couldn't afford all the high priced mascaras, blushes and foundations. The company who had made about 25 million dollars annual, plans to sell their assets as their exiting strategy. You will be missed Jane &* Co <3
